I have some questions concerning the CC

The CC of course works well initially on our PW, but we have issues on rebuilds when they come up.

I will remove a player from the servervault, but the CC will not kick in when the player tries to make the PC again.

To me, this points to a DB somewhere.

Ive looked thru all out MySQL and Bioware DB's on our server, but I cannot find where the database entry is for PCs that have already went thru the CC.

Could someone give me a tad bit of information as to how the CC actually does its job?

Im trying to get enough information so that if a player wants to rebuild their PC, I can wipe all pertinent information concerning it, so that it looks as though there was never a PC by that name in the CC's eyes.
