Just started poking around with this class, seems really neat, but I've encountered some odd things with the Charnel Touch power.

Firstly, it's provoking AoO's.  The power description says it's just a touch attack, isn't that supposed to count as an armed attack to not provoke?

Secondly, I figured it was being treated as a SLA, so I tried to use Defensive Casting to get around this.  It seems my character always fails the Concentration check, even if it beats the DC.
