Alternate Magic Systems / Is there any way to see essentia?

As per title i would like to know if there is a way to check where essentia is invested and how much is available.
It happened more than once that i found some essntia not invested and some soulmed empty even if did not remove it.

Alternate Magic Systems / Rapid meldshaping ability

I got the ability trough incarnate class, when i did use it it let me choose from a list of soulmeds (alphabetically ordered, so not the same list as you after rest) but does not allow me to unshape any soulmed.
When i goes on invest essentia the soulmed recently choosen does not appear.
I can see the soulmed on feats list.

First of all THANK YOU! I always wanted to play with my beloved incarnate!
I have a few problems with Expanded Soulmeld Capacity, i cannot choose any soulmed to be expanded.
I am pretty new with prc, is there something i have to do other than rest?
