Oh, crap just realized that a thread like this already exists. Sorry!

Alternate Magic Systems / ...Binding?

I looked at some of the PRC files, and noticed some placeholders for Binding classes. Are these in the works?

Prestige Classes / Re: Incantatrix and/or Initiate of the Sevenfold Veil
« on: December 26, 2012, 05:22:26 PM »
Is it possible to add these?
I guess Incantatrix is possible, not easy though.

IotSV seems impossible, but I had to ask, I love the class. =D

Huh...Lemme think. What books are those from?

Not sure if anybody even reads this forum anymore, but I do hope people are still interested! And thanks, HS.

Well, Warlocks as they appear in existing sourcebooks. the word "Warlock" predates D&D, and is free to use, provided I can differentiate sufficiently from existing warlock classes.

I'll be making a Pathfinder D20-based RPG (Less Lawsuits. Just gonna pick out one or two good ideas, and add my own). It may take me years.

It's intended to be a tad like Shining Force, but with more flexibility, and using a Hex grid.

The plot hook: You are Lyle the Warlock, a recent graduate (and to the chagrin of the jingoist faculty, valedictorian) of the local arcane magic college. The Empress of a mighty empire calls you and a small group of her champions to combat the menace of a cadre of necromancers...at first.

The characters will be able to level up and multiclass as a normal 3.p character, but it'll be more limited for ease of balance (e.g. the Samurai character will never take levels in Sorcerer, as he distrusts arcane magic.)

So if you ever see a game called "The Warlock's Journey," know that it's probably me.

Well, that's probably because the update servers don't exist anymore.

Here's the patch for German NWN, Which I assume you are running. Just place it in your NWN folder.

Well, first, update to 1.69. PRC 3.5 is intended for 1.69.

Or it could have a PRC switch to change your unarmed damage to 1d8 to match a glaive instead of summoning a glaive? So people could use the invocation with worrying about the glitching there?

Yeah...I can see why some people may not be into MMOs. This was really the only MMO I liked...And it's pretty sleazy the way they did it, regardless of the exact nature of the product. Thankfully, NCSoft's stocks seem to be imploding.

In case nobody's heard, this game is shutting down. The jerks at NCSoft decided that since it didn't sell well in Korea, despite the fact that it sold well everywhere else, it had to be shut down.

Wait, you have Hombrews?

OH MY GOODNESS. I must code up one of my homebrews and see if it can get in.

Paladins and Clerics. Have as many healing spells used on it as you can. As long as you can hit it with a melee touch attack, then you can damage it that way. If you're in the mid-twenties and you have a cleric, they should know Heal by now.
