Update:
I cheated.. using dbf navigator i had another look at prc_data.*** and
prc_datac2.***, the first contains fingerprint, version and Cachechest info, prc_datac2.***
contained only version data, so i copied prc_data.*** renamed the copies prc_datac2.***
annd
[Thu Nov 26 18:55:18] Restoring from DB
[Thu Nov 26 18:55:32] Module 2da cache fingerprint: TrinUnleashed_688_12194
[Thu Nov 26 18:55:32] Starting to load 2da cache object from prc_datac2
[Thu Nov 26 18:56:06] Finished loading 2da cache object from prc_datac2
it can now load the cachechest.
im sure this has created a whole host of other issues though XD
EDIT:
Indeed it did

it now has a cache object to work with (why it wasnt creating one in prc_datac2.*** i dont know, it would only list prc version and nothing else) but the cachechest has no tokens in it... which im at a loss about...(but not suprised)
*why didnt it add fingerprint and cachechest to the prc_datac2.*** bioware database when the new module first loaded up?
*why isnt it adding tokens to the cachechest now it has one?
*why is the cachechest stored in a bioware DB when the servers running MYsql?
or is it storing it in the mysql DB (cant find a PRC_DATAC2 entry in the mysql db ) and ignoring the prc_datac2.***

?
edit 3:
(after about an hour 2da cache fingerprint has changed from precacher to TrinUn.)and why does the nwserverlog say
Module 2da cache fingerprint: TrinUnleashed_450_5726
but the prc_datac2.*** bioware DB say
PRC_2DA_Cache_Fingerprint = Precacher_474_31927
where is it getting the cache fingerprint from?
Edit 2:
oh and WHY (pwease gods of PRC why) is there a module switch "PRC_DB_PRECACHE"
and[/u] a neat little program to precache 2da's into sqllite/mysql...
