I'm interested in helping finish the wok that was done on templates, and maybe a few other things. how can I help?

I don't think the Lich / Demilich template at L20 Dread Necro was rolled into 3.3h RC2.

 I have a super-build waiting on that.

That's curious, since it was working in the last version.  I was going to try another DN build myself.  I guess I'll have to wait.

On the general subject of templates, it would be great for that part of the PRC to achieve something like its full potential.  Last I checked celestial, fiend, half celestial and half fiend were working, as well as a couple of undead ones (necropolitan and lich).  It looked at one point as if vampire and vampire spawn were going to be in, but they must have fallen through at the last moment.

I recall requests for vampire going back to the earliest PRC boards (2 hosts ago?)  It would also be nice to have at least one were template.  The werewolf class is pretty much useless at high levels, unless one is qualifying for the shifter class, and there are plenty of other ways to do that.

I have recently worked on finishing what was done, so the templates that we can consider working are:

I was working on the Lich template, but than I got some reports on ConvoCC not working... I think I can finish this one soon.

Lich template works fine for me in 3.3h RC2. As far as I know, most of your 'super-builds' are Leto-edited and this can cause some things not to work correctly. Check if the template is working on non-edited character first.

Tried multiple times (race, align, abilities) with base (unedited) L20 DN. Nothing showed the Lich template or auto-added at L20.

The one I sent X was admittedly heavily Leto-ed so I could run tests on Lich.

Sounds like other folks can see / access the template at DN L20. That's cool.I have not been able to.

At DN L20, does the template auto-add or is it done manually from the PRC Options -> templates? Craft Lich items? Other methods? Switches?

The template is automatically added at DN lvl 20, whether you meet the requirements or not. If you don't, some messages will be displayed in your chat window every time you rest telling why the template cannot be applied, and you won't have any effects on your character.

Do you use any other haks with PRC?

No haks / CEP, etc.

Will re-install RC2 onto the module, then retry. If that doesn't work, I'll send the .bic.

Azers may look like dwarfs, but they are outsiders. IIRC you can't add undead template to an outsider. I'll have to check that...

I'd love to help get more templates into the PRC. I'm pretty good with most stuff except scripting, which is probably the most important. But most things templates need has probably already been done, so hopefully its just a matter of copying previous work. I might need a bit of direction at first, but I'm a quick learner and have some time on my hands

I'd love to help with anything else going on that needs a little helping hand. I'd love to see ToB feats completed, and maybe some warlock PRC's. But I want to help on whatever projects you've already got going.

My apologies folks, I only tried Outsiders. :@.

A few questions:
1) The SRD d20 lich (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/monsters/lich.htm) has DR 15/- bludgeon & magic. Does the PRC lich template include?

2) Should DN have access to Cleric / Wiz Necro (Avasculate chain!) spells - similar to "Advance Learning" under DN: http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/cwc/20060627a
