True animate dead spell on any class?

I used to play on a server that had a custom class that could animate dead creatures just as they were as living - they had the exact same stats,spells and gear(kind of like resurrecting someone but him turning into an undead minion of yours)

Does any prc custom class do this?

No, we stick with PnP rules where we can.
