Ok so I started checking out the PrC today to possible incorporate it into a server that I help DM at. It is a Dragonlance setting based server and we are wanting to add custom classes. Is there a way that we could utilize the PrC to accomplish this task?

I am by no means the most knowledgeable person, but I do know the PRC is integrated in such a way that you can take just part of the content, like custom classes.  That's because most of the classes depend on custom feats, custom spellbooks for caster classes, etc.  For that reason, the PRC is pretty much an all or nothing affair, though there are a number of switches that enable users to customize the content (for example, by turning certain features on or off).

Most of the PRC content (like classes, feats, races) can be disabled by simple 2da edit. You can also allow/disallow some classes 'in-game' by using scripts and setting special variables on your characters.

Don't try to remove anything if you're not sure what you are doing,  or you may break the whole pack.
