Boy where to begin, downloaded 3.3h and the prccep2 merge from nwvault.
Went with an install to an exsisting CEP 2.3 mod, followed ALL instructions in the manual precisely, used Mysql server, there was an issue with the gui importing the queries, so used command prompt to do it, one nights sleep later, tested it, a few simple mistakes with the nwnx.ini (if you dont get gender in ccconvo, its probably your db connection).
new classes wouldnt appear, either in the normal levelup screen (just not there) or in the ccconvo (lots of bad strref).
thought it might be the CEP 2.3 phenos etc, top haks etc, nopes checked them, got rid of the conflicting 2da's in the top haks, then even went as far as putting prc haks at the very top.

hours of editing, searching forums later, nothing (as usual).
figured, see if it even works at ALL...
one blank module, one area, redownloaded the haks and server files from nwvault, the rar version this time, manually imported everything redownloaded the prc merge rar, ran the updater on that one area module, set the varibles for ONLY mysql, ccconvo and leto.
hosted it server vault..took in a brand new char.

the obdc log CONFIRMS fetching, and sending the data related to the classes it has stored, (its a nice list really) i can find no error AT ALL in the classes.2da in prc_2da's. and in both the module i wanted prc in and the default one area nothing but prc and recommended cep haks, that classes.2da IS the first read...
So, welldone!
two days wasted (again), the hosted is practically frothing at the mouth over the sheer wastage of time, effort.
the original dialogue.tlk has never been touched, the prccep.tlk has been replaced over and over and HAS been checked...
Fail.
