Change casting attribute

I want to make the Paladin's casting attribute Charisma instead of Wisdom (To make them less MAD heavy), where would I go to change that?

I believe you start by going into classes.2da, but I'm pretty sure there's a bunch of scripting stuff, too.

Unfortunately bioware spellbooks (bard, cleric, druid, paladin, wizard, sorcerer, ranger) are hard-coded. You can't modify them unless you know how to hack the exe. That's why bards and sorcerers have to be converted to 'new spellbook system' after applying any casting PrC.
