Template Demilich

Demilich has become templates, bus... I find that I don't know how to gain it

Obviously you need the lich template first, which requires:
- humanoid race
- evil alignment,
- divine or arcane caster level > 10
- craft wondrous item feat.

Demi-lich template can be gained at epic levels (it requires caster level > 20)

PRC Options convo-> 8) Gain template -> Lich (first) [after you click 'Yes', Demilich should be selectable] -> Demilich (Yes)

Note that this does NOT work on certain races (Outsiders, etc.). Can't find the thread, the Search engine is frapped.

Sorry for the necro.

You mention Outsiders can't be Liches, but what about hybrids? In particular, the Tiefling (outsider/human hybrid).

Ended up trying it myself and was unable to become a Lich, so I was curious if that was working as intended and I just need to stick to the vanilla Human race or what.

I believe that is WAI. Tieflings are considered Outsiders with the native subtype.
