Druid spontanious casting

The Druids spontaneous casting is suppose to allow the Druid to use a spell up to cast Summons Nature Ally.  The problem is I see no such spells.  So how does it work?

you need to activate the feat and cast any spell - no matter which spell you cast it will summon a creature as summon monster spell of the same level.
