I apologize if this isn't the correct place to ask.
After awhile of searching, I finally find out the Rod of Fast Buffing by Loudent isn't compatible with the PRC(src:http://nwn.bioware.com/forums/viewtopic.html?topic=665363&forum=42&sp=45). This post is a little over a year old, so I decided to make a post and ask if there has been a workaround, or possibly a different mod created that will do the same thing?
