How to remove XP penalty for multiple summons

Hi I've just got this gem of a game from GOG and just discovered this magnificent mod and I'm just wondering if there is a switch or an option to remove the XP penalty from having multiple summons. It kinda beats the point of doing it I.E Dread Necromancer and Master of Shrouds. Would appreciate a response.

PRC_XP_PC_PARTY_COUNT_x100
PRC_XP_HENCHMAN_PARTY_COUNT_x100
PRC_XP_DOMINATED_PARTY_COUNT_x100
PRC_XP_FAMILIAR_PARTY_COUNT_x100
PRC_XP_SUMMONED_PARTY_COUNT_x100

But the thing is, i can't seem to find them in the PRC options menu.

Make a text file in your override folder, name it personal_switch.2da and fill it however you like.
here's mine for example, just change file format to .2da:
