Sorcerer, Shifter, Red Wizard of Thay

Im not sure if this is asking for much however it cant hurt to ask.
Could someone give me a Sorcerer, Shifter, Red Wizard of Thay build? I dont know where id even begin if I tried myself.

Well after some messing around it looks like Sorcerers cant be Red Wizards..is that correct?

I think they can, but they won't be able to cast spells ;p

That's how Red Wizard was coded - if you choose Red Wizard class and you don't have wizard levels, all your spells will fail.
