I cant select to ready maneuvers
First of all, I play on an Android phone. The stances and maneuvers of the ToB classes cannot be prepared for use.
completely empty and not selectable but I can see it in the quickskill wheel, when I try to use it I see BadStr

Which version of PRC and NWN are you running?  The mobile versions unfortunately can lag behind the PC version and may be causing the issue.

Latest version of PRC and 8193A NWN Purchased from the Play store

The latest version of the PRC doesn't work on Android - Android is too far behind in NWN versions. Same is true for iOS.
