PRC 3.5 & CEP 2.60 merge

Has anyone created a merge of PRC 3.5 and of the newer CEP 2.60 ( http://neverwintervault.org/cep ) that has been released for awhile now?

I already searched the forum for "cep 2.60 prc" and there was no results found

PS. You may want to update your PRC Downloads menu to point towards the newer vault ( http://neverwintervault.org/ ) as they all point towards IGN which no longer exists - even with hostname changes
