Is it possible to find out if there is a PRC + CEP module sitting around? I'm not sure how to make them co-exist in a friendly manner..

Download PRC/CEP merge hak and install it instead of usual PRC installation (it will install both PRC and CEP into module - you'll have to remove CEP tlk from 'custom tlk' field in module properties if the CEP is already installed).

Will that install the newest PRC and CEP merge file or no? Are they compatible with PRC 3.4 and CEP 2.3?

It works fine on my end when trying the import and loading the module. I did not do any testing, but it seems to work with the 3.4Beta and CEP 2.3.
