Prerequisite: Talon of Tiamat 10

Once per day, a 10th level Talon of Tiamat may attempt to dominate a dragon(as per the spell Dominate Monster). The target may attempt to negate this with a Will save vs DC 10 + class level + your Charisma modifier.
