You can assume the form of any humanoid creature up to 1 size class larger or smaller than you. You can stay in this form until you decide to change again or return to your true form. You gain the natural weapons and size of the new form, but your abilities and special qualities stay the same.
This feat controls learning and using NPC shapes.
