Howl of Defiance

Prerequisite: Marrusault
Specifics: Once per day, a marrusault can loose a terrifying howl as a free action. All creatures except other marrusaults within 30 feet must succeed on a Will save of DC 10 + 1/2 hit dice + Cha mod or become fatigued. Those within 10 feet who fail their saves become exhausted.
