Type of Feat: Class Specific.
Prerequisite: Runecaster Level 2.
Specifics: All runes created by the Runecaster gain a bonus of +1 to DC and Spell Penetration checks. This bonus increases to +2 at level 5 and +3 at level 9. In epic levels, it increases at +1 every three levels, starting at level 12 (+4 at level 12, +5 at 15, and so on).
Use: Automatic.
