Sleep/Paralysis Neutralization

Prerequisite: Diamond Dragon 1

Starting at 1st level, you are capable of overcoming magical sleep and paralysis effects by drawing on the mental powers of gem dragons. When this is active, instead of being magically paralyzed or put to sleep you spend one power point to neutralize the effects.
