A wave of divine energy blasts all non-lawful creatures within the area of effect. Any non-lawful summoned creatures are returned to their home planes.

Creatures who hear the dictum and are not lawful suffer the following ill effects:

Deafened: The creature is struck deaf for 1d4 rounds.

11 or less HD: Stunned: The creature is stunned for 1 round. A stunned creature cant act and loses any Dexterity bonus to AC. Attackers gain +2 bonuses to attack it.

7 or less HD: Confused: The creature is confused, as by the confusion spell, for 1d10 minutes. This is a mind-affecting enchantment.

3 or less HD: Killed: Living creatures die. Undead creatures are destroyed.
