Spellcasting: Able to cast 3rd level Arcane spells
Feats: Bardic Music
Skills: Lore 13, Listen 13, Perform 10, Concentration 6, Spellcraft 6

SPELLCASTING:

A Sublime Chord has the ability to cast a small number of arcane spells, all of 4th level or higher. To cast a spell, a Sublime Chord must have a Charisma score of at least 10 + the spell's level. The DC of a Sublime Chord's spell is 10 + spell level + the Sublime Chord's Charisma modifier. The caster level of a Sublime Chord is it's class level + it's level in it's spellcasting base class. A Sublime Chord does not suffer arcane spell failure while wearing light armor.
